Newsletter 4th May 2022

Hello everyone!

The last few years have been difficult for all of us, but we want to thank all of you for being patient while we work our way through the backlog that COVID caused.  We are back to delivering check-ups again, but like many practices, we have been affected by being unable to replace one of our dentists who retired last year.  As a result we are still not able to see as many of you as we did, but we are hard at work looking for another dentist.

What’s new

There have been a few changes at Wyndcott, particularly our car park which finally opened last year.  Patients are welcome to use the available spaces.

Heather, whom you may have talked to on reception is now nursing as well, and is joined by Emma who started in 2021.  This spring we have a new receptionist, Helen, who brings her many years of experience to Wyndcott, and is already doing a great job in making all of you welcome.  Megan, who has been with us since 2019, has just been promoted to Head Nurse and will be helping us make sure we keep up our high standards.  Congratulations Megan!

Another new arrival is Kinga, who is our new practice manager.

Kinga started as a dental nurse and gained experience and knowledge in many areas of dentistry and enjoys using her skills to contribute and help patients have the best dental experience.

Away from the practice Kinga enjoys reading and baking but mostly to spend time with her husband and their two gorgeous daughters.

She looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with all aspects of your dental visit.

Friendly and efficient service’

How to book a check up

We can be reached by phone, email, or via our website.

The safety of our patients and staff is our still a priority and although many of the safety measures are no longer required, we offer facemasks and hand sanitiser at the door to help keep COVID away.
