Complaints and Comments
If you have a complaint or comment of any kind, please ask to speak to the Practice Manager, or write to the Practice Manager. We need to know if you feel there is a problem, and we take all complaints seriously.
We operate an informal, confidential in-house procedure which we hope will resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. We will acknowledge any complaint within three working days and provide an explanation within 10 working days. However, in some cases more time may be required. At the end of the investigation you will be informed what conclusion has been reached and what (if any) action is needed.
NB: This procedure does not affect your right to make representations to the Local Health Authorities.
