Wyndcott have taken extra measures to protect you while you are at the practice as part of our long-term strategy for dealing with COVID. Our upgraded ventilation and air management continues, and we still offer vulnerable patients early appointments to minimise risk.
- If you prefer to wear a mask you are still welcome to do so
- Please make sure you arrive a little before your appointment time
- Note that if you arrive after the start of your appointment you may not be seen and the appointment considered as cancelled at short notice or missed
If you haven’t been seen for a few months
If you can:
- Fill in and bring a Medical history Form – this must be updated every 6 months
- Fill in and bring a Patient Record form
Bring your prescription or a medication list if you take more than a few medications.
What to do about COVID
If you have symptoms, do not come to the practice even if you are vaccinated. Call to rebook.
