Wyndcott Dental strives to provide a safe work place free from violence and aggression such threats, physical assaults, verbal abuse (shouting, swearing, gestures, offensive language and psychological abuse).
We will treat patients and other visitors with respect and patience at all times. We understand that patients may be in pain, but we will refuse to treat anyone using abusive language or aggressive behaviour. If necessary, we will report incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Patients or other visitors who cause significant disruption within the practice may be asked to leave if they are unwilling to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to the environment.
