Our upgraded ventilation and air management continues, and we still offer vulnerable patients early appointments to minimise risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you prefer to wear a mask you are still welcome to do so<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please make sure you arrive a little before your appointment time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note that if you arrive after the start of your appointment you may not be seen and the appointment considered as cancelled at short notice or missed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"if-you-haven-t-been-seen-for-a-few-months\">If you haven&#8217;t been seen for a few months<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill in and bring a <a href=\"https:\/\/wyndcottdental.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/02-Medical_History_Form_May_2026_v2.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wyndcottdental.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/02-Medical_History_Form_Feb_2024.pdf\">Medical history Form<\/a> &#8211; this must be updated every 6 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in and bring a <a href=\"https:\/\/wyndcottdental.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/01-PR_Form2018.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wyndcottdental.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/01-PR_Form2018.pdf\">Patient Record form<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring your prescription or a medication list if you take more than a few medications.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-to-do-about-covid\">What to do about COVID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If <strong>you <\/strong>have symptoms, do not come to the practice even if you are vaccinated.
