Patient Feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are many ways you can leave feedback, whether you are happy with our care or have an issue to raise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there is a problem, please tell us directly, either in person or by making a formal complaint<\/a>. Our complaints procedure is here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave a review on Google<\/a> (Tap on Google reviews in our info box)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave a review with the NHS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill in a Friends and Family form (we have these in practice and we send out requests for feedback to a random selection of patients every month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Friends and Family Test ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The NHS is collecting information from all NHS services and contractors to build a picture of how those services are performing. Patients were asked “would you recommend this service to your friends and family”. Click here to see the results at the NHS website.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NHS reviews<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The NHS also collects reviews directly from patients. The service was recently updated and older reviews were lost, but you can use this site to tell the NHS how you found our service<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Care Quality Commission ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Care Quality Commission was established to ensure that providers of care (Dentists, Doctors, Nursing homes, Hospitals etc) are following the policies and regulations that apply to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is done by means of inspections carried out at each location, after which a report is written and any recommendations for change are included. If there are recommendations, the CQC will inspect again to determine if they have been carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are our inspection results ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our practice was inspected in May 2019, and the report can be read by clicking here<\/a>. The inspectors concluded that the practice required no action and was operating safely, effectively, and responsively, and was well led.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
