Appointments can be made by telephone or by email or contact form. We will normally offer the next available time with your usual dentist or hygienist, but you can choose a day and time that suits your needs from the options available. Exams\/check-up appointments are normally booked 4 weeks in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your dentist is not available and you need an urgent appointment, you will be offered an appointment with another dentist or we will offer the nearest possible time with your usual dentist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is our policy to require a non-refundable deposit for some appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are not able to get to the centre for an appointment, you must contact us no later than 48 hours before your appointment. This enables us to offer your appointment to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If we are closed, we can still be contacted by phone (leave a voice message), by email (reply to your appointment reminder), or via the enquiry form at the bottom of every page on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is now possible to use SMS to contact us as well – just reply to any message. Do not send SMS to the main practice number – this will not work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you cancel or ask to change the time or day of an appointment less than 24 hours before it is due, we will record it as a late-cancellation. If the appointment is one hour or longer, cancelling with less than 48 hours will be recorded as late-cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you arrive too late to begin your appointment, this will be recorded as a missed appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you miss or late-cancel two appointments, we will not offer you any further NHS appointments.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you miss or late-cancel any NHS appointment before you have completed a routine NHS course of treatment<\/a> we will not offer you any further NHS appointments.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n If private treatment is offered, we will require a non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are some time limits which apply to appointments unless your dentist has specifically set a longer gap between appointments.
